ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The sale of 4PawsGoodies Limited products shall not be considered
complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of
your offer to purchase is signified when we process your payment.
4PawsGoodies Limited reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we process your payment.
CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATION (before your item has been despatched)
If you wish to cancel your 4PawsGoodies Limited purchase, you must
contact us by e-mail. Please include all the following information, your
invoice number, payment transaction number and purchase date. A refund will
then be issued within 30 days less a £5.00 administration charge.
CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATION (after your item has been despatched)
If you wish to cancel your 4PawsGoodies Limited purchase after it has
been despatched, you must contact us by e-mail. We request that the parcel is
returned to us unopened and complete including any gift from 4PawsGoodies
Limited. A refund will be issued within 30 days but subject to an
administration charge of £5.00.
Please use recorded delivery when returning parcels.

PRICES
All prices shown are in UK Pounds, VAT is included in the price. We reserve
the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs
including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate
variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant
revision of prices before processing your order.
DELIVERY– Royal mail
Royal mail will attempt to deliver your order once, after that you
are expected to collect your parcel from your local sorting office within 5
days.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within a reasonable time period. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular day or dates. Title to the goods passes to you once your consignment is delivered by our nominated carrier(s). For health and safety reasons goods may not be collected in person. Orders received after 1am may be dispatched the following day excluding weekends and public holidays. Customers MUST provide a full delivery address and postcode where the order can be accepted and signed for. i.e. your home, a neighbour or your workplace. You agree not to hold 4PawsGoodies Limited responsible for late delivery.
INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide a full and correct delivery address including the postcode. 4PawsGoodies Limited will not be held responsible for orders which become lost due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. If your order is returned to us due to this reason and you do not want your order to be redelivered, you will be refunded minus delivery, return delivery and a minimum of £1.50 transaction fee.
OUT OF STOCK/DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We reserve the right to substitute at our discretion any product that
may be unavailable at the time your order is processed with items of an equal
value.
PACKAGING, DESCRIPTION AND WEIGHTS OF PRODUCTS.
On rare occasions goods you receive may not arrive in the same packaging as the illustration on the 4PawsGoodies.co.uk website. Weighed out or counted out products do not show the ingredients on the packaging. Ingredients where not stated will be given on request. All measured/weighed items must be allowed a tolerance of +/- 5%.
REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will replace or refund the
items concerned at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer. Please inform us of any problems within 7 working days of
receiving your order. Please e-mail us for an immediate resolution to your
problem. We are unable to offer a refund for personalised orders, special
orders or orders for items not available on our website.
Where your order is to be returned to us for a full refund, we do not accept liability for the return carriage costs incurred. If the order is to be refunded we will issue a refund within 30 days.
If a return is arranged, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. However, if returning faulty goods we will issue a refund for the return postage costs incurred.
When returning goods please ensure that the products are unopened, please also include the following items, your invoice number, payment transaction number, purchase date and any gift included with your goods (gift is valued by us at £5.00). Without all these requirements we will be unable to offer you a refund.
Any goods deemed to be perishable will not be refunded, also any seasonal products will not be refunded. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Any 'non faulty' goods returned for a refund will be refunded minus delivery, return delivery and transaction costs (£1.50 min). We are unable to refund customised goods e.g. gift wrapping. A restocking fee of £5.99 may be charged for returned goods.
